What Should You Order

Savor a Salad

Let’s get down to the basics. Leafy greens are the key to clean eating. Eating salads are one of the easiest ways to make sure you are eating more fruits and vegetables. Salads don’t have to be boring. At Mare we take our salads seriously, we make them creative while staying healthy. We have an  assortment of salads that you’ll love.

Organic Field Greens

Stick to an organic classic. Roasted pear, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Bufala Mozzarella Salad

Everyone loves fresh Mozzarella. Try our heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, basil, and pesto.

Pan-Seared Salmon

Salmon is a smart choice when dining out. Adding in  omega-3 to your diet is always a needed benefit. The combination of selenium, Vitamins A and D, and omega-3 only improves immunity. Order our salmon with white bean pureé, roasted fennel, shallots, and bagna cauda. Salmon will only help you stay satisfied longer, minimizing your urge to overeat.

Grilled Mediterranean Branzino

Branzino is a delicate white flesh with a mild almost sweet flavor. Branzino is a safe choice, this fish is packed with Omega-3 essential fatty acids, vitamin A, selenium, and vitamin B6 making the ideal choice if you’re trying to shed some pounds. Keep within your diet guidelines with our baby carrots, spinach, roasted potato, and pinzimonio paired with our grilled Mediterranean Branzino.

7-Spice Brick Oven Chicken

Don’t want any fish? There is always everyone’s fall back choice chicken. 7-Spice Brick Oven Chicken is a healthy dinner you’ll love served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, wild mushroom and demi-glace.

Grilled Veal Chop

Veal delivers more than ten percent of the daily values for protein, zinc, niacin, vitamin B12, and B6. So try our veal with truffle mashed, spinach, sweet baby pepper, olives, truffle, and demi-glace.

When you’re watching calories, choosing what to eat gets difficult. We want to support your new year resolutions and cheer you on your healthy way. Our dishes will keep you on your healthy track, stop in for lunch or dinner at Strega Ristorante, and taste our healthy dishes.
